RCS TOTAL ROGUES
You guys are absolute rogues. You are charging me interest on an interest free account HOW????? I have been sending emails no1 replies. I call and wait for 30 minutes. Today I spoke to Yvone Mokhothotso who told me that I shouldn't be charged interest and she doesnt know why I was and am being charged interest. I told her I was at the store to pay and close the account due to this. She didnt care. Asked for a manager was told they cant get one. I was told they have to send an email to admin and I must wait. I sent an email 2.weeks ago and no one has assisted me since. I am highly frustrated and annoyed at you RCS and I will be taking this complaint further.
