RCS - the worst company ever

My RCS credit card was paid up in January 2023. But I was harassed mercilessly until July by lawyers who insisted that I owed almost R6000. Eventually my account was sorted out and closed. Then I asked that they please update this account on the Credit bureau. But to no avail. According to the credit bureau I still owe almost R6000 on the RCS credit card. And it is negatively affecting my credit score. I have sent numerous emails and have written negative reviews, but still no joy.

What will it take to for RCS to finally fix this mess they refuse to fix. What will it take for them to do the right thing. How long before someone does their work. In June they said it would take 21 days. Then I July they again asked for 21 days. I sent an email the beginning of August, and they promised to let the correct department handle it. According to my count, 21 days have come and gone many times over, and still no joy.

Can management please do something to clear my name. I DO NOT Owe anything on the RCS Money Credit card, in fact that account has been closed. It has been paid up for 7 months. So please send the correct details to the credit bureau, update it on their site. Please do that for me. I am tired of fighting battles with RCS, and I'm sure you are tired of these horrible reviews. SO DO YOUR JOB. UPDATE MY ACCOUNT.
