RCS THE WORST!!!!

I'm paying every month on time and send proof of payments every month. It is the same thing everytime. I just wish they could do the job beter or fire the people that don't do their jobs because ot is a nightmare having a account with you. Extra money has been added to my account because they say I didn't pay my account now my credit can't move up because according to them I didn't pay. I really want to swear really this us been going on for 2years now. I'm ****ed. Receiving calls from attorneys that I didn't pay, meanwhile I paid long time ago
