RCS system error

I'm still getting numerous phonecalls everyday regarding the minimum payment due to RCS credit card. With every phonecall I have to start from the beginning stating that there is a court order in place and I have emailed and Whatsapped the Court Order and 17.1 document numerous times by email and Whatsapp. Why doesn't Anthony Richards and Associates make notes regarding this matter?Why doesn't Anthony Richards and Associates phone RCS credit card department and listen to my call recording where RCS states they made a mistake on all clients that are debt councilling. I already made a complaint on Hello Peter and my next complaint will be to the Ombudsman for harassing me for no reason though there is a court order stating the minimum payment that RCS is receiving by the debt councillor. I want in writing why this matter has not been resolved since December and why RCS made this mistake
