RCS supper slow and unresponsive

I paid off my outstanding debt with Edgars almost 2 weeks ago and yet I am still to receive a paid up letter so I can have this Edgars listing taken off of my credit score. I've emailed and phoned them. They are quick to remind you of outstanding debt yet take forever to send you paid up letters.
