RCS / SUPA QUICK CARD IS A JOKE

I have a Supa Quick store card with a huge facility that I can never as both the closest Supa Quick fitment centres do not accept them. I was then told the problem is my card and need to go to a fitment centre and exchange it. I drive 250 km to a huge dealership that tells me that they do not do these cards and do not have any exchange cards. I tried a year before at the same fitment centre and had the same problem. I then try another small fitment centre in another town and there the card just works fine. Why have this facility if you cannot get the service provider to actually supply the service you sell?
