RCS SUPA QUICK CALL CENTRE IS BEYOND USELESS
The most useless call centre I have ever worked with. Three calls, 2 dropped and 20 minutes later I still cannot get the banking details out of this *********** call centre to make an EFT payment!!!!! I can also not get an answer if the insurance added to my account can be removed! Really how difficult could either questions be.
