RCS sucks

I wrote a few reviews in the past 3 months on the bad service I received from RCS. And part of my problem was resolved. I received a letter stating that my account has been paid up and my account closed. BUT I am still being hounded by lawyers who insist that I owe R6000 and I must pay it . What will it take for RCS to remove my account from the lawyers. What will it take for them to finally leave me alone. To clear my name from all instances where they had my account in arrears?

Please Fix this matter. I am really tired of fighting RCS to do the right thing.
