RCS *****STERS AND ****MERS !!

RCS is ****ming and *****ing money from South African Consumers! Online purchases were made *****ulently on my RCS Game Store Card to the amount of R22 000.00 from Makro and R11 000.00 from Clicks. I never approved these purchases and never gave an OTP number to anyone. RCS is finding me liable for these purchases. They haven't investigated who made these purchases at the stores themselves, where the goods were delivered to and how it is that those high amounts were authorised without some kind of documentation required. RCS is responsible and now they are charging me interest. They are responsible to the South African Consumer to ensure they have adequate measures in place to secure their customers credit. We are their customers. Please contact me if you have experienced the same shocking behavior from RCS. They will be held accountable. I am laying a ******** charge of theft against them and encourage others to come forward.
