RCS stay away you will never get your account closed or get back money owed to you

I have been due a refund from RCS. Over R10 000 I have submitted all the requested documents but I am getting no where. When I phone I get put on hold for up to an HOUR at a time Really ???? What must I do to get my refund ???? And then you have the nerve to charge me penalties because my account is in credit...….. I will now try the CEO and see... Maybe Mr Regan has an opinion
