RCS Statement
Hi RCS / Makro credit, I have been looking for a statement for years now but I only receive an outstanding balance. This is not supposed to be a difficult task (all unpaid purchases) with outstanding balance of each purchase, interest charged, amount outstanding, date of purchase and the number of payments until fully paid. THIS IS SOMETHING YOUR SERVICE DESK DO NOT UNDERSTAND. also stop reducing the installment amount you are just extending the period to charge more interest which I didn't request nor approve.
