I have been at Zevenwacht mall's game 3 times before and every time I get there the rcs staff member is either not there or he/she is out on tea or lunch, I have also required so many times that they contact me regarding my account

I do not want anything to do with RCS any company the HAS BEEN taken over financially by rcs is going down the drain that is why I'd rather close any accounts that falls under rcs
