To date my profile is not yet updated with Trans Union and I've never received confirmation letter as promised. I was actually shocked recently by one of the Big 4 Banks about the status of the account and in turn my request was turned down because of useless people in RCS group. <br /><br />After paying off the account, they even phoned me asking me not to close the account because I might need it going forward. I declined their offer and stressed to the lady that I need that account closed , which she guaranteed it is closed and I believed her because she phoned to ask me to leave the account open.<br /><br />All I need is this institution to do their job and close my account and update my profile at trans union and on top of that they must issue letter of apology before I take further steps which will affect them negatively because of their *********** employees .The worse part is when you visit their site there's no contact numbers all one can see is 0860 SAY RCS, What on earth is that?\ people should be aware of this issue<br /><br />"</div> </div> </div> <div class="ms-review-content link-post-alt" style="border-top-style: none;
