RCS Sold My Clean Credit Record to **********

In December 2019 I was called by one of their consultants asking me if I wanted a loan, which I said NO. In January 2019 I discovered that someone had taken a loan of R40000 with RCS in my name, around the same week I had received the strange call.

After they investigated and found out it was a ********** transaction they promised to remove it, but they did not. My credit record is now affected because I appear as a bad payer.

I have been phoning them and they kept promising that it will be removed, but nothing has happened.

I can't even talk about the recent changes in my Edgars account. All the details that appear there are not mine.

RCS is useless and is an irresponsible lender in my view.
