RCS shows no concern for willing debtors security or confidentuality

Yet again i find myself at the end of my tether as usual for south africa completely poor customer service. RCS who has two of my accounts game and Edgar's Handed them over to a totally questionable debt collecting agency called VVM, After trying to track my accounts to make payment arrangements , I discovered via hello Peter a huge amount of numerous worrying complaints. VVM staff are driven by commission, so when I confronted the them about the reviews and the lack of response from VVM who in no way have given any explanation or tried to challenge the massive amounts of poor reviews with regards to customer service, reliability, total discontent for the debtors, failing on many levels including uneccesary delays in paid up letters , providing statements, hounding people who had paid up but still had them listed as owning which raises great suspicions, so when I spoke to them they basically laughed it off, couldn't explain the amount of complaints which clearly show it is disreputable, shady and I beleive us only in existence probably due to ***** connections. This made me very suspicious.even as stated before they harassed a 12 year old girl for payment. I made my worries very clear to RCS with regards to my accounts and clearly explained why I will not pay VVM a cent but will deal with RCS directly as I am concerned about this company. They assured me they will escalate it as I really want to pay But it's pretty clear RCS are not concerned, are not bothered about how VVM operates or the complaints and total mismanagement of VVM RCS does not seem to be bothered by their clients confidentiality or security. After I pointed out that it is clearly abhorrent and worrying that they force debtors to work with a clearly disreputable company judging by hello Peter's complaints , they just said once it's handed over there's nothing they can do but will escalate . My question was but why do ypu still use them the evidence is there, To date they have not rep**** only with a message from a couple of weeks ago letting me no it's been escalated. I have heard nothing from the Edgar's division, The game division also And I say publicly I will only deal with RCS , or they must move my debt to a trustworthy and competent collector like a Hammond and pole or Groeldwalt attorneys It is despicable of rcs to place people with an unreliable questionable collector who I think should be investigated
