RCS SHOULD BE BANNED!!!

Dear Sir/madam

On the 28 June 2019 I was retrenched from work then November 2019 I claimed for insurance with no assistance no one got back to up until on the 15 May 2020 VVM told me my account has been handed over I called Rcs to get some explanation but wasn't given one instead I was transferred from department to department yet I still continued calling them only to find out that my claim was approved on the 28 May 2020 for September to November but no one called me or emailed me to tell me my claim approved I had to call them. I asked them why was I only approved for 3 months what about July, August, December, January, February, March, and April it took 6 months for them to approve me while I gave them every needed documents only to be told I have to claim again for them to continue paying, how was I supposed to claim again while my claim was being processed. Now my profile looks bad I can't even get a job because of their hand over I want them to clear my name and pay for the months I've been unemployed.
