RCS - shockingly bad service!!!!

Absolutely shocking service received from RCS. I opened an account with Coricraft in November last year so that i could improve my credit score. What a mistake! After 8 months after trying to get some action out of RCS i find that they have affected my score negatively. Many many phone calls , *********** agents and being harassed for money i do not owe has left a very poor taste in my mouth. They actually owe me a refund!! I am now struggling to get bond approval because of RCS's incompetence!!!! Surely someone from the Consumer protection needs to step in. I was shocked to see so many people have had the same experience as me. How can they just hold us to ransom like this. They ignore all my emails . Hopefully they wont ignore this review as it seems some people did eventually get assistance after posting on this forum. Shame on you RCS!
