RCS ---- SHOCKING -----
Am highly annoyed with RCS. I have settled my account and am needing to close but do you think its that easy? These people are ***********. The email address I have doesn't even get read I just get marketing emails from them I have phoned 3 days after settling my account (25 aPRIL 2018) to close it. They are never available to take my call then I email them a hand written letter to close it. Still nothing. They say my amount that I paid has not reflected on their side therefore I have to wait till Wednesday now so I can phone and waste more airtime on pointless phone calls. I have all my proof of payments. Should it not be closed by Wednesday I am reporting RCS as I have all the proof that this account has been settled and I have made numerous attempts to close it. SHOCKING SERVICE.
Thumbs up to Woolworths as I settled my account on the 25 April and the next day my account was closed. Well done woolies 5 stars to you.
