RCS shared my personal details with Blue Label Connect and Blue Label de*****ed me

RCS has given my personal details to Blue Label Connect without my consent and now I have been de*****ed by Ble Label. On the 10th January 2025, I received a call from a lady who claimed to be calling on behalf of RCS. She informed me that RCS would like to offer me 2 vouchers totalling R650 and that I can use the vouchers at both Checkers and Dischem. She then said that RCS will only charge me R59 for the voucher. I agreed as I saw that it was a good deal. She then said an sms with the link to the voucher will be sent to me so that I can use the voucher. The next day I still didn't get the voucher. While I was going through my RCS statement, I realised that there's a R59 charge for Blue Label subscription. I immediately called RCS to inquire about the charge and I was told that I subscribed to Blue Label. I asked the lady what is Blue Label? I then realised that I have been de*****ed. RCS gave me the contact details of Blue Label to contact them and resolve the issue with them. I'm extremely upset and want this subscription cancelled. I have not signed any subscription contract with Blue Label but RCS has added Blue Label subscription to my contract/repayments with them. This is ignorance at its highest level. What proof do you have that I have entered into a contract with Blue Label? Please cancel this subscription and reverse the R59 payment
