RCS settlement lengthy and unhelpful processes
Can somebody help me with my settlement letter for RCS Card, Game Card and RCS Loan. You call RCS and email them and they never respond. And when you finally get hold of them they promise to send in 48 hrs. And in 48 hrs nothing happens.
