RCS settled account handed over to third part collectors
I paid and settled my RCS account, yet they handed it over to a third party client and they are calling and raiding me an account that was paid off on the 7th of February 2020. Their recoveries department has not send me paid up letter but instead insist I still owe them even though I have a settlement letter and proof of payment sent to them.
