RCS service sucks
I am so very disappointed in the service of RCS. I have been trying since 30 April 2020. I have overpaid my account and is struggling to get my refund back. They deducted from my refund and I don't know why. I have send all the documents they need but since no one came back to me... Their service really suck but they are quick to contact you for their money when the payment is not evens due.
