RCS self service not working

I have been trying for a long time to use the Self Service to only found out it wasnt working as they had a problem on their but on 27 Nov 23 they said its fixed. Retried. Nothing. It says I am not registered nor can I log in and I need to download the Pay u Pick n Pay app for my RCS Pick n Pay card info. The updated Pick n Pay app DO NOT show any RCS card details and is a flaw on their side. They FORGOT to add it on the updated APP. My account was hacked and money ****** in July 23 now I am stuck with no access to my account or balance.
