RCS Self Service App and Website Does Not Work
The self service app and website do not work. I have tried to register repeatedly without success. The screen goes blank on the app and on the website, I get a message that reads "we are currently offline". This has been after months of repeated trying. Fix your app and fix your website please. I am unable to make any extra payments to my loan as a result.
