Rcs ******** or what
I had a loan with the Institution in 2008 which I settled and closed they never sent a settlement letter it still shows on my credit profile in arrears the sad part I've called numerously confirmed it was settled but until today it's still open what must happen for this institution to close it or should I include law to enforce this or what?
