RCS ********

I got RCS credit card in 2019 paying successful every month. i used the credit once in 2019, and paying average of R1000 per month. in March i used some available credit for me. and monthly installment increased to R1677.00and i ddnt pay FOR that April. I wrote to them to say i cannot afford they must reduce installment. instead they wrote me a message saying amount in areas is R3366.00.

Please advise i feel ****med.
