RCS - Sanlam Money Saver Credit Card

RCS - Sanlam Money Saver credit card.

I took out this credit card with Sanlam and then they decided to close of this service from both sides. We where given the option to pay of the card in monthly installments or once off.

I have opted for the monthly payment. Suddenly my premium went from R1100 to R1700 in a question of two months. No explanation on the increase. If you phone them, they take for ever to pick up the phone, and then you are transferred in-between departments, holding for very long periods, with no solution to your problem.

You very seldom get a reply to your email that states it will be answered with in 48 hours.

How do one sort out something like this if there is no proper or professional customer service?
