RCS ruining my life

RCS making me run around, all I'm asking for is for them to allocate payments so I can get my paid up letter. It's been 2 weeks of running around and they keep referring me from one agent to another. This account was paid in June. 2 months down the line I still don't have my paid up letter. Whenever I try to open accounts it shows that I I'm 6 months in arrears and it's affecting my credit record and now I'm listed as a bad payer and basically cannot open any accounts anymore. ????????
