RCS ruining my ITC on a Zero Balanced, Closed Account and No Help from them

I opened an RCS Cape Union account about two and a bit years ago. I bought one item on it and after about 4 months later decided to close it because of service related issues with RCS and I just had enough of RCS at the time. I closed the account on a ZERO balance, this is the requirement to close any account. However, now, 2 years later I am applying for a bond and the bank tells me I am listed on ITC by RCS for R113 and it is affecting my application and what they can provide me with. I call RCS immediately. I start with their collections department who says the account is closed and their is no balance. I am instructed to call Customer Service, I call and they confirm the same thing. They tell me send an email to RCS Recoveries with my ID number and instruct them to fix the problem. Recoveries replies and asks me to prove what they did with a report, I sent what the bank gave me and now No One is replying to me. I don't feel like I am being taken seriously and especially when I am trying to do something that's already stressful like a bond application. RCS messed this up and now I must run after them to help myself get it sorted, no one on their side is taking ownership. I need them to provide the bank evidence that I owe them nothing but I am getting zero help. I was warned to stay away from RCS and now I know why, it's really pathetic.
