RCS - rude staff, continuous harrassment

Was contacted by collections - who I told that we had reached arrangement regarding payment backlog...

Now all of a sudden I'm getting 2 calls everyday!

These call Centre agents are extremely rude, abrupt and downright disgraceful is the only way I can describe it.

Enjoy speaking to my voicemail, and still not receiving payments. Until such time as someone who has an idea of real life, and respect, can convince me otherwise.

RCS, if the agent involved had the necessary intellect, you and she would understand that phoning me twice or more daily, Will NOT PUT THE MONEY INTO MY ACCOUNT.
