RCS - Revolting Customer Service

I have never seen such DISGUSTIN customer service. I request that if a company cares less about how customers are treated kindly advise. Please.

A guy called Lucin (needs to get schooling on customer service). Was on the line with him and his Supervisor Sephelele for over 30 min and then after I had complained as he wanted to put me on hold for the 5th time I asked who was paying for my airtime. After calling when we got cut off he never attempted to call me again. This was all to just reset a PIN. Calling back he pick up my call and when I asked why didn't he call me back, he said he had another call. Sies, I have never received such bad service.
