RCS registered FSP but cannot close settled accounts?
I am very dissapointed in the way my account is being dealt with. I settled my two accounts with RCS in April 2019 and requested that they be closed. They are still sending me invoices for amounts accrueing since i settled and unbelivably attempted to debit the amounts from my bank acount. They have not yet closed the accounts despite my weekly emails and failed attempts in calling. This is absolute thievery and i would recommend anybody considering an RCS account to STAY AWAY! There has been no attempt to contact me to bring finality to these accounts which to me is very unproffessional for a REGISTERED financial service provider.
