RCS Refunds
Since the 30th April I have been sending game and rcs emails on my refund.To date i have had no responses.i can’t close my account as it has a credit and i will still be charged for admin fees .Rcs is so unprofessional.When they want their money they call everyday.No one is taking responsibility since 30April I have been told a refund will take 7-14 days .i have had no confirmation that my emais have been received and the refund is being processed..can someone please assist me with the legal route . Plesase do not get an Rcs card it is not worth the stress and spending so much airtime and effort with no results
