RCS refund service on wicode is horrible

I had the same problem 3 other times with rcs online. I app**** the wicode 627 came off my account an my order on Mr D was not processed. I phned mr d, rcs no one assisted I need my refund , they are totally useless. This is my 4th I tried buying groceries an my money is gone with no order. U contact RCS they pass your call around an tell u to wait, very bad service
