RCS PRESCRIBED DEBT
I have a prescribed debt with RCS and I have tried calling and everytime they say the matter is out of their hands and transfer me to another department it rings until they cut my call. I have contacted ombudsman and they said to give RCS and opportunity to resolve the matter themselves otherwise I should get back to ombudsman. I am disappointed with the service.
