Rcs poor service

I Have A Rcs Acc Unfortunately, My Store Card Had Cracked So I Called RCS to get a replacement I was advised to go to a Game store... I went to the game store handed the gentlemen my cracked store card and he said I will be back I just want to find out what to do with a cracked card, he came back only to ask for my I. D so I gave him my driver's license he then came back saying he needs my cracked store card which I had already gave him. So we argued about the card and I was told to come back with the card that the store Lost... Iv contacted rcs several times which is a mission on its own because you are on hold for 30 minutes just yo be transfered to someone else who can't help... Now I'm being bedited to a account I have no access. No store card to use.
