RCS - poor service

I had an account at Game funded by RCS. Because of death in my family I had to apply for debt review.. My account was handed over to lawyers. I was retrenched end of October and settled all my accounts. RCS is supposed to refund me with R1300 which was paid incorrectly to them. To date, since end of November, nothing was refunded. This is poor poor service.
