RCS POOR SERVICE

RCS should be closed because they are not prefetional, I had a loan with them after I changed my bank account details they stopped deducting I'd call them to ask them to deduct but they'll tell me they have deducted while they did not. They ended handing over my name to the Attorneys, now I have payed the money through the Attorneys they do not want to update my details on ITC. I sent them paid up letter from their Attorneys but they still do not updating my details on Credit Bureau can someone help me.
