Rcs pick n pay store account card decline

My pick n pay credit store account has been declining since saturday even tho its only my second time using it...when card get swipe at machine it gives Reason 39: no store account....the store manager at pick n pay parow family phone rcs customer call service on saturday they said i should wait 24 hours...24 hours past already card still decline im so sick off this...
