Rcs pick en pay card

I have paid up my account with pick en pay in March Then there was a ********** purchase made on ky account on the 16 April 2022 at kwa zikode market Am complaining because i have my card with me How can pick en pay allow someone to purchase without a card. And how can Rcs authorize this with out proper security checks been done. Currently this is affecting my well being and credit score because this account now picks up on my credit profile.
