RCS Personal Loans Incompitance

<p>It takes RCS 12 days to allocate funds to an account. You phone multiple times and no one gives you a straight answer. We will phone you back is all you get. I can't even get copies of my calls to them before they screen it. You can't speak to anyone senior to give you an answer. This is the worst service i have ever received.</p>
