rcs payment missing

They refused a payment that i made but the money was not reversed to my bank account. I have send emails and called but no luck they are not allocating my payment and cant tell me to who or where the payment was reversed. i have emailed there complaints department a Monique rep**** but still nothing it almost a week. i think dis is very bad service and very unprofessional of RCS
