RCS pathetic service

It is impossible to close an account with RCS, they just keep adding on interests every month. You try and contact them and you never get through to speaking to one of the consultants. They are the worst company to apply for a loan. Service are pathetic.

No one gets back to you and each month they just gladly deduct their funds from your account. Putting a stop order on your bank account doesn't help if the debit order is not stopped from both sides
