These guys are SOOO PATHETIC and utterly USELESS. You take out credit insurance....You pay and pay...and when you claim...they ignore you. They NEVER call back or communicate, whatsoever. They don't know what their assessors are doing....(very conveniently set-up like that by them)....I have submitted the same paperwork a few times now....and NADA...They just buy time and they continue to threaten, harass and bully you. They are **********.. The whole institution and all their personnel are GROSSLY *********** and useless. They are **********. DO NOT take out a loan or store card with these clowns. This includes all Makro, Builders Warehouse and Game Store Cards as well.

No wonder Engen has posted notices on their fuel pumps that rcs cards are not accepted........says a lot!
