Rcs ***********, pathetic administrators

I paid my queenspark account via eft on the 30th of Nov 2023,and 2nd Jan 2024. Since January i received calls, sms and emails, warning me that i am in arrears, which i am not, because i made 2 payments more than my minimum payments. I phoned numerous to rcs, every consultant tell me another story. Emailed my proof of payments 3 times, which they confirmed is not acceptable. They want a target payment, where i went to standard bank, and don't know what is the target payment they request.standard bank also send them my proof of payments, and still they can not allocate or find my payments in there system. Pathetic poor *********** service. I just want to pay my balance and close my account
