RCS on behalf of Queenspark - What service?????

Notwithstanding the fact that your account is actually in credit, you repeatedly get calls from Call Centre Agents asking you to make a payment as your account is in arrears. You take the time to email the proof of payment (which was done in a Queenspark store) and they can't even locate this and continue to call you. You send email to a credit manager (details provided by Queenspark) and no response. Today was assured by a Jamie (CC Agent) that I would get a call from Faheema (a Manager) still nothing. Queenspark not interested in what RCS is doing to their brand, Appalled at the lack of service and the fact that you cannot get to speak to anyone other than a CC Agent
