RCS not updating ITC Bureaus profile

I have settled a RCS loan in full August 2015, the loan was settled long before the end date. I have also received a letter confirming that the loan was paid and the account closed. But RCS has not updated my credit profile with the Credit Bureaus, I have send numerous emails to [Email Removed] and they reply that they have informed the bureaus to update my profile but I just pulled a Transunion report and it is still not updated and shows that I owe and amount of R139 and that I was in arrears for October, but the account was settled in FULL in August 2015 and I have a letter from RCS stating this.<br> <br> Can someone from RCS who knows what they are doing please go kick the idiots ass who needs to sort this out. I have send numerous emails but still my profile is not updated!!!
