RCS NOT REFUND MY FUNDS BECAUSE THE AMOUNT IS HIGH

RCS is pathetic. They dont mind taking your money, but when they owe you funds, you need to jump through hoops. In November/December 2025, i used my RCS builders card to purchase X2 Aircons. Subsequently, after that, i cleared my Builders card and proceeded to close the account. A few days later, Makro confirmed my order was cancelled due to no stock and they confirmed that they would send the funds back to the card i used, being the builders card. The account being closed, i forward them all the details mentioned and asked for a refund. This was 17 December 2025. I am still waiting for this and now they asking me to provide bank statements for payments. You received the funds. why you asking me now for bank statements. you did not mind when i made the payemtns. I WANT MY REFUND NOW
