RCS not paying refund
I am due a refund from RCS to the tune of R80K. this refund was approved in April 2021. I have phoned constantly for the last 2 months. Their excuse is it's a big amount. They have promised it would be in my account several times. Tomorrow is the last day of June and I have no money to pay my commitments, including my Medical Aid which I need as I need cancer medication.

29 Jun 2021, 10:54Not good enough RCS. I have spoken to everybody I am allowed. The only way to fix this is to put the money in my account with immediate effect and immediate clearance.
