RCS not allocating my debit order
I am so disappointed in RCS.
I accepted a debicheck mandate for my loan repayments to be done by debit order. This is 2nd time I receive an email notifying me that my account is in arrears, although the funds went of my account. Do I need to constantly call in and rectify this with you? The last month I was charged collection fees, for their own doing. I regret ever reaching out to you for help . All I want to do is pay my installments on a monthly basis but you make it so difficult for one to do so, whilst damaging my credit score at that
